What information do we collect about you when you use Easyklikk services?

In order for us to be able to collect any information about you, you must first establish an account with us so that you can take advantage of our various functions. When you want to create an account, you must provide us with information. We can also receive your personally identifiable information if you identify yourself to us e.g. that you send us an email with questions or comments. We at EasyKlikk are responsible for the processing of the personal data that you share with us when you show an interest in our Services, you order the Service, You become a user of the Service, you have a question and you contact us via phone and or chat, you visit our website and accepts cookies, or for example in the case of direct marketing.

We at EasyKlikk usually collect two different types of information when you use our services, both Personally Identifiable and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

Personally Identifiable Information?

Personally, identifiable information identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you. Examples of personally identifiable information include your name, IP address, company name, job title, address, email address, phone number, and billing and credit card information.

However, those same pieces of information are considered non-personally identifiable information when taken alone or only combined with other non-personally identifiable information (for example, your account settings). You must create an account in order to take advantage of certain features of the EasyKlikk service. If you want to create an account, you must provide us with information (including personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information). In addition, we may receive your personally identifiable information from you if you identify yourself to us by sending an email with questions or comments.

Why do we process your personal data?

We do not sell any information, including your personal data. We only process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection and privacy laws. We need certain personal data to give you access to EasyKlikk services. If you registered with us, you will be asked to check a box indicating your consent to provide this information in order to access our services. This consent gives us the legal basis we need under applicable law to process your data. You retain the right to withdraw such consent at any time. If you do not consent to our use of your personal information in accordance with this policy, please do not use our platform.

What Information we collect when you use the Services?

We collect information about you when you use our Services, including browsing our websites and taking certain actions within the Services.Your use of the Services: We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with any of our Services. This information includes the features you use; the tasks, projects, teams, and other features you use or click on. We also collect information through your device about your operating system, browser type, IP address, referring/exit page URLs, device identifiers, and crash data. We use your IP address and/or country preference to estimate your location to provide you with a better service experience. How much of this information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services.

EasyKlikk and our third-party partners, such as our advertising and analytics partners, use cookies and other tracking technologies to provide functionality and recognize you across services and devices.

Who do we share personal data with?

We at EasyKlikk may share personal data with our subcontractors both within and outside the EU/EEA when you use certain services in our system. A complete overview of recipients and locations for the respective processing of personal data in the Service is provided in the document Handling of personal data. The suppliers have corresponding obligations regarding the processing of personal data that you, as a customer, have agreed with us and which is set out in the Personal Data Protection Agreement. Your data as a customer may be combined with a third party’s register to collect more information about you as a customer. We may need to share the personal data with other companies within the group in order for us to be able to provide the Service and fulfil our commitments to you. We share personal data about users and customers between the companies within the group when you have a case for us if the information is needed to be able to help you. If you choose to activate an account integration in the Service, we will share the personal data that that integration requires, which then takes place at your request.

How long do we store your personal data?

EasyKlikk saves personal data about you as a customer as long as there is a customer relationship or is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. Upon termination of the agreement, We at EasyKlikk will delete or anonymise your data within one year of termination, unless another Swedish or European law, court, or authority says otherwise. Your data may be saved based on the balance of interests if there are security or financial reasons. How long your personal data as a user is stored with us varies depending on the purpose for which it was collected. Data in the Service is deleted by the system administrator, but in cases where there is no technical function for deletion, your system administrator needs to contact us. Data in the customer’s EasyKlikk account is deleted 90 days after the termination of the Service. Personal data processed for invoicing, on the other hand, can be saved as long as it is required as a basis for bookkeeping. Data collected when you contact us are stored as long as you are a customer with us to fulfil our commitment. At the end of the customer relationship, we can store the data based on the balance of interests or as evidence in case problems arise.

What rights do you have?

As a registered customer with us, you have several rights that you should be aware of. You have the right, free of charge, once a year, provided you have legitimate reasons, to request an extract from the register of what information is registered about you. In some cases, you also have the right to data portability of the personal data. You have the right to have your personal data corrected if it is incorrect, incomplete, or misleading and the right to restrict the processing of personal data until it is changed. You have the right to be forgotten, but deletion of personal data cannot take place if it is required to fulfil the agreement or if another Swedish or European law, court, or authority decision says otherwise, and if it is based on a balancing of interests. Should you think that there are no justified reasons or that the balancing of interests is incorrect, you have the right to object to the processing. You also have the right to withdraw consent, submit complaints about the processing to the Data Protection Authority, oppose automatic decision-making, profiling and object to direct marketing.
